Nasser Albarghash

CEO

Nasser Albarghash is the CEO of Nsquare Capital, a boutique family office based in Washington, D.C., focused on private equity, real assets, and ethical finance. He brings over a decade of experience spanning the public and private sectors, combining strategic government leadership with hands-on investment execution.

In the private sector, Nasser has served as Vice Chairman and member of the Board of Directors for several listed companies, leading corporate restructuring, capital allocation, and growth strategies across diversified industries. Through Nsquare Capital, he has structured and managed cross-border investments in real estate, technology, and sustainable infrastructure—bridging Gulf capital with high-impact U.S. opportunities.

In the government sector, Nasser held senior positions overseeing national development programs, regulatory reform, and economic diversification initiatives. He was a lead collaborator in deploying the Golden Triangle Initiative in Kuwait, a multi-agency program focused on urban redevelopment, workforce regulation, and sustainable community transformation.

Nasser holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and is completing his MBA in Washington, D.C. He is bilingual in Arabic and English and is recognized for his ability to align government policy with private-sector innovation to deliver enduring economic and social value.

Edwina

Yue “Edwina” Wang

Chief Of Staff

Yue “Edwina” Wang builds market ready programs at the intersection of operations and finance. As Chief of Staff at Nsquare, she drives cross functional execution and supports CEO priorities, focusing on fundraising strategy, commercial diligence, and partner alignment to turn complex concepts into investable, scalable initiatives.

Previously, Edwina led global trading and supply chain operations in the private sector, managing multi country sourcing and vendor portfolios, negotiating contracts, and overseeing end to end logistics across Asia Pacific and other key corridors. Her work optimised inventory turns, improved supplier quality and compliance, and strengthened trade finance, Incoterms, and customs practices.

Earlier in her career, she progressed from executive support to operations leadership, gaining hands on experience in cross border procurement, shipment coordination, and risk mitigation. She now applies this expertise to structuring bankable projects and smooth execution.

Edwina holds degrees in Applied Finance from the University of Queensland and Accounting from Griffith University and is pursuing a STEM designated MBA at The George Washington University. She specialises in translating complex operational requirements into scalable, financeable solutions.

Kabeelan Athirathinam is a strategy and marketing consultant with a track record of leading digital growth and transformation for SaaS, tech, and service-driven businesses. As an agency leader at one of the world’s leading digital marketing firms, he drove large-scale campaigns, guided client portfolios across industries, and helped organisations unlock measurable growth through strategic planning, brand positioning, and data-driven execution.

With deep expertise in go-to-market design, marketing consulting, and stakeholder management, Kabeelan has delivered impact on both sides of the table: advising startups on market entry and product strategy while also guiding established organisations through marketing transformation and operational efficiency. He brings a unique perspective shaped by his hands-on experience with AI workflows, automation, and analytics—enabling businesses to adapt to today’s fast-changing discovery and engagement landscape.

Grounded in a Computer Science engineering background and now pursuing an MBA at The George Washington University with concentrations in Strategy Consulting, Marketing Consulting, Product Ownership, and Business Analytics, Kabeelan blends technical fluency with strategic insight. Positioned at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and technology, he continues to help organisations scale with clarity, creativity, and long-term impact.

Project Manager, Systems Engineer

Robert Kuntz is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning systems engineering, project management, and software product management. With extensive experience across both the public and private sectors, Robert has contributed to critical projects for the Department of Defence, the Intelligence Community, and various commercial entities. In his most recent role as a Senior Systems Engineer, Robert managed multi-million-dollar R&D initiatives, driving the development of advanced space-enabled capabilities. His work in the private sector includes key product management positions at MediaMath, TripleLift, and AppNexus, where he led technological advancements that significantly improved user experience and revenue generation.

Roberts career in the United States Air Force further highlights his expertise in technological innovation and leadership. He played pivotal roles in developing and deploying novel satellite systems and managing global teams responsible for critical infrastructure. Robert holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the State University of New York at Binghamton, and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration at The George Washington University.
